As of June 17, 2001, I am scoutmaster of Troop 194 in Bedford, Mass. The
Scoutmaster's Corner is a place to post materials associated with running
a troop. I'm also going to post pictures of outings, etc.
My son Mike is working on his Eagle Project. This link takes you to some of the work
that he's been doing to prepare, including a nice pamphlet on flag ettiquet.
I attended Woodbadge training in spring of 2000 along with seven other people who
formed the Bear Patrol (Da Bears!). Follow the link above to view the Bear Patrol
website, which was used to coordinate plans for the three training weekends and
follow up activities.
I was invited to participate in the NE-1-209 Woodbadge for the 21st Century Program
in April of 2003. My position was Troop Guide to the Eagle Patrol, who quickly came
together as a high performance team. Click on the link above to see photos taken

From Oct. 2000 to May of 2001, I led a Religion in Life program for three boys of
Troop 194 in Bedford. The Religion in Life emblem is awarded by the Unitarian
Universalist Associated to Boy Scouts who meet its requirements. Program notes,
session handouts and other documents are present here as resources for those who
may want to run a similar progrm in the future.
